     The Board of Directors of the International Executive Housekeeping Association (IEHA) has approved the submission of the North Florida echapter of IEHA.

     The eChapter will be a pioneer for vitural eChapters within the Assoication. An Offical signage of a charter for this new eChapter will be held on Saturday January 21, 2012 at 5:00 PM (EST).

    All current IEHA members in the North Florida area are requested to attend this celebration for the signage of the Offical Charter, installation of its First Board of Directors and Officers and 1st Annual meeting. a buffet  supper will be served along with entertaiment.

1st Annual North Florida eChapter Banquet

       This event will be our First Annual Banquet, for presentation of our Chapter Charter, with signing of the charter, Installation of our 1st years Officers and Members to the Board Of Directors, and other business that may come before the eChapter.

      Any IEHA member, who wishes to become a member of this new chapter is encourage to attend, If you are of another chapter, interested in becoming a member of IEHA, or an invited guest, you are more than welcome to help celebrate this crowning accomplishment. Registration will be by R.S.V. P and will begin on November 1st 2011 and end December 15, 2011.

      With summer vacations still taking place and while organization plans are being worked on for the t he new North Florida eChapter of IEHA,, we will start back with Webinar events in November after the 45TH annual convention in Las Vegas. We will still have monthly general business meetings for our North Florida eChapter members. We look forward to having you join us in November for our kick-off and other exciting events that may be planned.

   On July 6th, 2011, a request for a charter will be submitted to the International Executive Housekeeping Assoication. It has filled the request with 19 persons seeking to form an eChapter in the North Florida Communites of Penscola, Tallahassee, Live Oak, Lake City, Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Valdosta Ga areas.

   Art Keeler, Chairperson of the formation committee has appointed Joann Ryales CEH, a 25 year member of IEHA as Nomination Committee chairperson to start the process of selection and election of Officers to form the Board of Directors for this Chapter. This will start July 1st thu July 15th 2011, with Elections being planned for August  2011.  More information   will be forthcoming as these dates draw near.

   Membership to this eChapter is still on going and very much welcomed.

In April of 2011, the IEHA Board of Directors approved the exploratory formation of a new Chapter in Northern Florida that would host most meeting by use of the internet. Art Keeler, Jr., who submitted the proposal is spearheading the grassroots effort to bring members together interested in participating by these means. Currently the Chapter is just three members away from being able to submit thier application for a Charter to the International Executive Housekeepers Association's Board of Directors.
